  8. Why do "overlook" and "oversee" mean opposite things?

  9. Why is "phonics" not spelled the way it sounds?

  10. If love is blind, why is lingerie so popular?

  11. Why do you press harder on the buttons of a remote control when you know the batteries are dead?

  28. And a backup happened to your commode!

  29. Cut - you did with a pocket knife.

  30. Paste you did with glue.
