Jim Feldman is a tireless spokesperson for performance improvement. Recognized by Incentive Magazine as one of the top 100 Innovators in the last 100 years, Jim's comments always provide immediate takeaway for our attendees.
His industry leadership includes terms on the Boards of The Incentive Federation, Association of Incentive Marketing (AIM) and Society of Incentive and Travel Executives (SITE). He has also participated on advisory Boards for the Motivation Show and international travel bureaus. Jim is the recipient of the AIM Showcase Award, Incentive Manufacturers and Representive Alliance (IMRA) Gold Key, Photo Marketing Association Reggie, and the SITE Crystal awards.
An expert on leveraging change, he has authored several books and articles on change and the use of incentives that have appeared in trade and business publications. Currently Jim is a member of the Inventive Marketing Association's (IMA) Certification Committee and the Circle of Excellence Award Judges Panel.
Jim is a charter recipient of IMA's CPIM designation, a Certified Incentive Travel Executive, Certified Performance Technologist, Master Incentive Professional as well as other certifications making him one of the most recognized sources of information for performance improvement in almost any organization.
